Who We Are
Tech Quest LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating techquest-ai.com. We help local small businesses get found through website design, free AI Visibility Audits, analytics, connected workflows, and practical automation. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and what choices you have.
What We Collect
We collect only what you actively send us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive:
- Your name — so we know who is reaching out.
- Your email address — so we can reply.
- Your company — optional, for context.
- What would help most — optional, the topic you pick from the list.
- The message you write — describing what you want help with.
That is the entire set. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Measuring How the Site Is Used
We run our own basic analytics on our own server. There are no third-party analytics services, no advertising trackers, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not fingerprint visitors.
When you visit a page, we record anonymous usage — which page, where you arrived from, roughly what kind of device, how far you scrolled, and whether you tapped something like the “Text Rob” button. None of that identifies you personally, and it is never linked to a contact form submission.
To do this we store two small values in your browser: a random ID that lasts only until you close the tab, and a flag noting whether you have visited before. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we honor it — the ID and the returning-visitor flag are skipped entirely.
How We Use It
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you have engaged us for. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Ever.
Who Processes the Data
Contact form submissions go directly to our own server — they are not handled by a third-party form service. Your submission is stored there and delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes the message in order to send it. Our inbox is hosted by Google.
Our site is hosted on a Hostinger VPS in the United States. Standard server access logs (IP address, requested page, user-agent, timestamp) are retained by the hosting provider for routine operational and security purposes. We do not analyze these logs for marketing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep the contents of your message for as long as it is useful to the conversation or engagement. If you ask us to delete it, we will, within a reasonable time. There is no automated retention or marketing CRM behind this form.
Your Rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything we have wrong.
- Delete what we hold about you.
Send any request to official.techquest.ai@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page or in your inbox if we have an ongoing relationship with you.
