Who uploads what?
Your company sends the employee roster and the certificate files it wants organized. We prepare the profiles from those materials.
What do the stickers say?
Each sticker is labeled for an employee and identifies the company source of the certificates. It includes the QR graphic that opens that employee's profile.
Who can scan them?
Anyone with the sticker can scan it. The profile shows what the company provided.
What if a certificate expires?
You send the new one, and we update the profile. Expiration tracking is not automatic.
What does it cost?
Pilot pricing depends on crew size and the number of files to organize. We'll explain the scope and price before you commit.
