Who We Are
Tech Quest LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating techquest-ai.com. We help small businesses replace chaos with systems through AI audits, dashboards, workflows, and practical internal tools. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and what choices you have.
What We Collect
We collect only what you actively send us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive:
- Your name — so we know who is reaching out.
- Your email address — so we can reply.
- The message you write — describing what you want help with.
That is the entire set. We do not use cookies on this site. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not fingerprint visitors. If you simply browse without submitting the form, we do not collect any personal information about you.
How We Use It
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you have engaged us for. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Ever.
Who Processes the Data
Contact form submissions are routed through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Web3Forms forwards your submission to our inbox and may retain it according to their own privacy policy. By submitting the form you understand that your message passes through Web3Forms before it reaches us.
Our site is hosted on a Hostinger VPS in the United States. Standard server access logs (IP address, requested page, user-agent, timestamp) are retained by the hosting provider for routine operational and security purposes. We do not analyze these logs for marketing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep the contents of your message for as long as it is useful to the conversation or engagement. If you ask us to delete it, we will, within a reasonable time. There is no automated retention or marketing CRM behind this form.
Your Rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything we have wrong.
- Delete what we hold about you.

Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page or in your inbox if we have an ongoing relationship with you.
