Tech Quest LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We describe ourselves as an operator-led AI consulting practice for small businesses. Everything you read on this site reflects how we work today and may change without notice.

Using This Site

You are welcome to browse, read, and reach out. By using the site you agree to use it for lawful, personal, or business-evaluation purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at industrial volume, or use the site to harm others. Standard internet etiquette applies.

The content on this site — copy, design, code, and the way we describe what we do — is the work of Tech Quest LLC. You are welcome to share links and brief, attributed quotes. Republishing significant portions or copying the design without permission is not allowed.

The Contact Form

When you submit the contact form you are starting a conversation, not signing a contract. Reaching out does not obligate you to anything, and it does not obligate us to deliver anything. We will reply within a reasonable time, generally within a few business days, but we cannot guarantee a specific response window.

Engagements & Pricing

Anything we publish on this site about how we work, what we build, or who we are a fit for is descriptive, not a binding offer. Real engagements are scoped in a separate written agreement that covers deliverables, timeline, payment terms, ownership of work product, and confidentiality. Until such an agreement is signed, nothing on this site or in our reply emails creates a legal commitment to deliver paid work.

No Warranties · Limitation of Liability

This site and all content on it are provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The descriptions of our work are based on past projects and may not apply to your situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Tech Quest LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. If a court finds we are liable for something despite this, our total liability for anything related to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Third-Party Services

The contact form routes through Web3Forms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their performance or their own terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by conversation will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida, or in the appropriate federal court for the Middle District of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
